• The purpose of this site is to bring ecological awareness to plastic manufacturing companies. These companies might not be responsible for where plastic ends up in our environment, but they can certainly take a major stake in the use and disposal by customers of their products.

• The secondary purpose of this site if for educational institutions (K-12) to teach students the necessary skills to identify root cause analysis— how to trace these products back to its source. This is the most effective way to address this issue. Cleaning up a beach, riverbank, abandoned field, etc., is important but in the long run is only addressing the symptom. Together this problem can be cured.
